What is the difference between scent, perfume and deodrant?

Scent is any product which gives a pleasing smell. It can be cologne, perfume, body mist, lotion, hair product, dusting powder, or anything else, including deoderant

Perfume is a specific kind of scent, in a specific concentration, longer lasting than cologne without being substantially stronger. Real perfume applied to pulse points can still be detected 8 to 10 hours later. Often it's based on oils.

Deodorant is a product whose sole purpose is to remove or cover up odor from the underarm (and sometimes elsewhere, such as deodorant soaps). It's different from an antiperspirant, which is to stop perspiration and its odors before they start. What is the difference between scent, perfume and deodrant?
Scent is the smell of a thing or person, whether it be natural or artificially produced.

Perfume is a liquid (usually in concentrated form) designed to exhibit a specific scent.

Deodorant is a substance designed to be placed in the arm pits of people in order to mask the odor or scent they naturally produce. (Additional: People sometimes mistakenly believe that deodorant also prevents sweating, as is evidenced by some of the answers here. Antiperspirants prevent sweating, not deodorants. Many antiperspirants sold are also deodorants, but the two products are not the same thing.)What is the difference between scent, perfume and deodrant?
A scent is something natural. It could be a soap you used in the shower, or shampoo or something. Perfume is something you spray over for an extra scent. And deoderant is something you use to prevent bad scent and prevent sweating.
Deodorant actually works against perspiration
places like smelly markers, stickers you scratch, etc is where you'll find scent. Its a less obvious smell.

Perfume is something women unwittingly abuse as you're 5 feet away from her as she walks past and you get smacked in the face with pansies and petunias.

Deodorant is for your armpits and no where else. It also prevents your from sweating and stinking up your shirt.
