You probably can. But I've always thought it would be great to have the smell of marijuana going though restaurants. Then maybe people would get the munchies, buy more food and hopefully tip more.

why don't you just smoke it, you'll smell like it then and be havin a good time. but to answer your question, they do sell them at stores like Spencer's and probably at some of the major head shops like Dragon's Breath and so on.
