How do i make my perfume scent strong but not overpowering?

most of the time my perfume is either totally undetectable or totally overpowering. i'd like a nice little median.How do i make my perfume scent strong but not overpowering?

Spray the ';overpowering'; stuff inthe air and then just walk through it, that will tone it down a bit.
don't put 2 much on and don't put 2 little of it
try some samples from ';Silky Scents';. but if it's overpowering, it could be too much cologne. u need to try perfume oils. a little last all day long cause there's no alcohol just pure perfume oil! You can google their name to find them online.

try to get some on your clothing and hair, but not too much. it tends to hang around longer, and is noticed most when you get close to someone.
well maybe it is wear your spraying it i learned a while ago that when you hug people they can smell your neck and your hair ... so spary or dabb just enough on both of the sides or neck and maybe a small spray on your hair ... then from there the middle of your chest and tummy ... and you should be good your either spaying to much not enough or in the wrong places hope this helps =]
Spray less than when its overpowering and more than when its undetectable?? If that doesn't work, just lean toward the less noticable amount of sprays, and just reapply every once in a while throughout the day.
