I spray some on in the morning, but by the afternoon rolls on by, I barely smell anything left. However, I'll pass by other ladies, and it smells like they doused themselves with spray! (It can get nauseating at times.)
While I don't want to smell like I just bathed in body spray, I would like it to last longer than a few hours.
Any suggestions? How do you make perfume scent last longer?
After a while, your nose becomes accustomed to the smell of your own perfume-that's why you can't smell it. Those other ladies probably thought their perfume had faded and splashed more on-hence the nauseating smell to everyone else lol.
Maybe try asking your friends if they can smell it- then you know you don't need any more. If they can't smell it either, rub a little Vaseline on to the places you normally spray it then spray the perfume on top. The oils in the Vaseline help carry the volatile oils of your perfume, making it last longer :)How do you make perfume scent last longer?
Some spots to spritz are behind your knees, behind ears, wrists, under your boobs and wrists. When you spray on wrists rub it allover your shirt/blouse. You can also use a little petroleum jelly wherever you would like to spritz b/c it makes the scent last longer.
Also, if there is a lotion that goes w/ your perfume it is best to apply it on before you spritz your perfume.
Most companies suggest that you Layer your scents. Use all the products together so the scent will stay from day to night. 1. Shower Jell. 2. Lotion 3. Mist 4. Perfume 5. Talc. This should do the trick, just don't overdo it.
loads of companies create mathcing smeliing body lotion to their perfumes, try rubbing in some body lotion of the same scent as your perfume, then spritz your perfume on and then apply more body lotion. your scent should last loads longer!!
instead og buying eau de toilette buy either eau de parfum or just parfum.
Put a non-smelling lotion on before you spray, this should help
spray your cornhole so when you fart everyone can smell it :)
mix it in some unscented cream. i hear the hard creams hold the scent better, though. *shrugs*
